This position (53-38-5691) serves as a Foster Care and In-Home Services Case Manager within the Children and Family Services work unit. Mountain Lakes Human Service Zone is seeking committed, passionate In-Home Case Managers to serve our Child Welfare Services clients.In-Home Case Manager duties include: assessing and providing appropriate case management services for children who still reside in the home; developing treatment plans, goals, and safety plans for caretakers and children to reduce the identified risk of child abuse and neglect; providing information and referral services for children and families; conducting case planning meetings; writing affidavits and testifying at court proceedings.This position maintains responsibilities of a highly complex and sensitive nature and requires a high degree of knowledge, skills, and passion in child welfare.
