Direct Care Associates provide direct service to the elderly and/or disabled individuals in their home to enable them to continue to safely reside in their home/community. In this role, you will be responsible for providing environmental services and personal care to eligible citizens. Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree with major course work in engineering, mathematics, and/or physical science.Preference will be given to candidates with oil and gas experience.Leadership skills, problem solving, self-discipline, time management, a positive attitude and motivated.Written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and GIS mapping software.Ability to work in northern plains climate year-round.
