Behavioral Health - Remote in the US - Denials AnalystAs a Denials Analyst, you will, Audit denied claims to determine route cause and implement improvements to ensure claims are processed appropriately. You will collaborate with the Revenue Cycle team, making sure clinical appeals and reviews are done correctly and that insurance balances are adjusted accordingly, and appeals are getting paid. You will assist with the discovery of denial trends to review and resolve any issues. You will use data analytics to identify patterns and root causes of denials; analyzing trends to help prevent reoccurring issues. To thrive in this position, you should be good at understanding rules and analyzing data about claims denials. You will need to be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with others. Northwest Human Service Center - Williston, ND - Functional Family Therapist This position is eligible for an 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary.As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services.
