North Central Human Service Center - Minot, ND - Functional Family Therapist/Social WorkerThis position is eligible for an 9% pay differential in addition to the base salary.As a Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to families with youth ages 11 through 18 years old who are at risk or have been referred for behavioral or emotional problems. The Functional Family Therapy (FFT) model is designed to empower youth and families by creating strength-based behavior change that will be sustained long after treatment ends.This rewarding career works with adolescents and their families by tailoring services to the individual family using treatment protocols, case management, crisis intervention, community outreach and in-home services. You will function as part of an FFT team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation from FFT trained clinicians. The individual will work as a team member in an infirmary/clinic setting and within the Medical and Psychiatric Service Program.
