North Dakota State Hospital - Licensed Practical Nurse Temporary/Part-time Hiring Range: Starting at $25.00/hour ND State Hospital is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses on temporary or part-time basis, building your own schedule. Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. Qualified candidates will be considered upon application. The position may be filled prior to the listed closing date after successful completion of the application and interview process. As an LPN you will provide quality nursing care to all psychiatric, geriatric, and chemically dependent clients. Deliver patient care within their treatment program; accurately administer medications and treatments; delegate responsibilities to Direct Care Associates; communicate effectively and in a therapeutic manner with staff, clients, and family members; and complete documentation according to hospital policy. To be considered for this position, you are required to have a licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the ND Board of Nursing or registration in another state and eligibility for licensure in ND, and two years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. If unable to find qualified applicants, will consider filling as a Licensed Practical Nurse I, which requires licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the ND Board of Nursing or registration in another state and eligibility for licensure in ND.
