This requires you to maintain regulatory knowledge; correspond with our regulated communities; provide compliance assistance for waste generators; conduct hazardous waste and environmental inspections; write inspection reports; conduct reviews of environmental site assessments and ensure corrective action and remediation is completed when necessary; issue hazardous waste permits; input and review all RCRA data into the RCRAInfo federal database; review and approve Biennial Report data every other year for over one hundred hazardous waste facilities; prepare quality assurance documents such as quality assurance project plans (QAPPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and any other necessary documents; and respond to complaints from ND citizens.
