Life Skills and Transition Center (LSTC)-Grafton, ND-Administrative AssistantAs an Administrative Assistant you will work within Maplewood/Cedar Grove and assigned areas. Greet visitors, staff and people supported, provide assistance with requests, direction, and act as a resource person for outside agencies, campus department personal, and people supported within LSTC. Schedule conference rooms/facility for teleconference calls, various meetings, trainings and assure staff availability. Screen and direct phone calls, inquiries, deliver messages and relay communications for staff and people supported. Call various recreational/community agencies for price checks, comparative shopping, equipment, etc. Coordinate all travel arrangements within the unit, Collette Fitness Center, placements, recreation outings, conferences/seminars, etc. to include lodging and other special arrangements needed. Participate as a member of various committees as requested (EMC and Wellness and general building meetings). Maintain and instruct on usage and troubleshooting on printers/copiers/printers. Assist on living areas and in lobby area when situations occur. Assist the Superintendent and Unit Directors with tasks as assigned. Assist in recordkeeping system for support plans, staff, release of information, and etc. Serve as the designated gatekeeper to monitor and maintain accurate assessment folders for all people within Therap software. Provide assistance through Support Plan preplanning, development and finalization meetings and processes. Compile data and audits of data as assigned.To be considered for this position, you are required to have an associate degree with major coursework in office support or business or office education and one year of work experience performing a variety of office support, clerical, or secretarial work. Additional work experience performing office support, clerical, or secretarial duties may substitute for the education requirement on a year for year basis. Proficiency in keyboarding, specific software, personal computer, grammar, and/or spelling skills is required.About USOur mission is to provide timely and effective behavioral health services to North Dakotans improving their quality of life through achieving and sustaining recovery. This position is requited onsite at Life Skills and Transition Center (LSTC) in Grafton, ND.
