As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.The Continuous Quality Improvement Manager (CQIM) is an integral member of the Northwest HSC Leadership Team. You will be responsible for monitoring clinical and operational data, maintaining a detailed level of knowledge on regional and statewide policies, procedures, and ensuring compliance to Council of Accreditation (COA) accreditation, state licensing, and certification standards. This will include a focus on coordinated care and the use of evidence-based practices. The CQIM will assist the HSC Leadership Team with focusing on rapid change cycles for addressing identified deficits. To be successful in this position, the CQIM must have excellent organizational skills, knowledge and experience with data management software, experience with project management for large- and small-scale efforts, decision making, independent thinking, be able to independently perform, and forecast issues. To thrive in this position, you should be detail-oriented, understand improvement planning, and remain solution-focused during times of change.To be considered for this position you are required to have an Bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience in quality management, project management or data analysis.
