At the core of everything we do, the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA) believes that everyone deserves a safe, affordable, and accessible place to call home, and we're looking for an IT Analyst to help move our mission forward.This position will assist with the design, testing, installation, and implementation of hardware and software applications of the Agency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from taking on large complex projects to assisting others with utilizing IT to streamline projects and processes. As the IT Analyst, you will:Analyze and monitor agency IT systems and recommend and implement design enhancements. Oversee hardware and server maintenance.Actively participate in the development and maintenance of all Agency Menu Driven programs.Develop knowledge of mortgage accounting policies and procedures to ensure system compliance.Assist in the development and support of applications utilizing C# in Microsoft Visual Studio.Write and maintain system documentation. Ensure agency applications continue to meet business needs and remain in compliance with federal, state and investor reporting requirements. Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software applications ensuring end user needs are met.Protect the agency's operations against IT risks.Perform website maintenance and implement enhancements to maintain responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress, including theme customization, plugin integration, and performance optimization.Plan for expansion of future agency network needs. Working for NDHFA:100% employer-paid family health insurance.An excellent retirement package.NDHFA utilizes a blended workplace model. After completion of training a hybrid schedule may be considered. Preference will be given to applicants either located within or willing to relocate to the Bismarck area. Monthly Hiring Range: $6,000 - $7,500 dependent on experience

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a computer science related field. Additional applicable experience can be substituted for two years of the education requirement. Preference will be given to applicants with work experience using programing languages including C#. The successful candidate must also successfully complete the interview process including reference and background checks.
