As a Direct Care Associate, you will provide in-home care, transportation, shopping, and housekeeping duties to elderly and disabled citizens to support their continued ability to remain in their own homes and communities.To succeed in this position, you should have experience working with elderly and/or disabled individuals, compassion, and be comfortable working independently. You will need to have strong communication skills, and be able to manage your time and priorities, while thoroughly documenting your activities. You will have a passion for helping others and making a difference in our community.This position requires daily travel throughout Ransom and Sargent counties.To be considered for this role: you must be able to travel independently; be 18 years of age or older; have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience providing direct care to special populations. Those holding a current CNA license are preferred.
