Career Description
As the Custodial Supervisor, you will perform, direct, and supervise all custodial services at the Grand Forks Armory Complex in Grand Forks, ND. Duties include providing consistent custodial services while adhering to safety practices and procedures. The following is a summary of the job responsibilities; this is not an all-inclusive list. The Custodial Supervisor, will direct the work of all custodial personnel, determine work schedules, conduct training, determine custodial equipment maintenance needs, inventory of custodial supplies, and conduct physical inspections of buildings to ensure established standards are met. Ability to operate various equipment such buffers, scrubbers, carpet cleaners, etc. Lift up to 50 lbs. and may be required to work some weekends or additional hours, if needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of custodial experience of which one (1) year must have been in a supervisory or lead-worker capacity. Successful completion of the interview process, reference checks and background investigation is required.
