Effective August 20th, 2024, Multi-Factor Authentication Services will be turned on in ndworkforceonnection.com for customer accounts

What this means is that Multi-Factor Authentication Services will send a 6-digit code to customers that they will need to enter into the system to verify their identity. The code by default is sent via text. If a cell phone is not listed on your account,  it will be sent via email. This code will be required to be entered when you login on August 20th. Customers will only be asked to provide the 6-digit code one time. However, if you access VOS from a different IP location,  you will be asked to verify your identity again with a new 6-digit code.

To be set up for success, we recommend adding your cell phone number to your customer account. Below is a step-by-step guide on adding your cell phone and how to opt-in to receive text messages from NDWC (ndworkforceonnection.com).
