Job Service North Dakota will be conducting maintenance which will affect the employer internet website (UI EASY), the secure file transfer portal (Secure FTP), the claimant internet website (UI ICE) and the claims center interactive voice response phone systems (701-328-4995) beginning Wednesday, February 12th at 9:00 PM and ending Thursday, February 13th at 1:00 AM CT. All systems will be unavailable. Claimants will be unable to file an unemployment insurance claim, certify eligibility or complete required UI activities while maintenance is performed. Please make plans to complete these activities prior to the downtime or once the system returns to normal operation.
